Processing Time

• In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  Some special colors, lengths, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (usually 5–7 business days) before shipping. Processing time will be clearly indicated on the product page when applicable.
  

  Please note: Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product type, customization, and destination.

   

Estimated Delivery

• Canada: 2–8 business days after dispatch

• USA: 4–10 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

• Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched and may vary depending on destination and carriers  

• Shipping Rates

  • Canada & United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over CAD $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
  • International: flat $14.99 standard international shipping on hair extensions and wigs. (Small accessories such as nano beads, tool kits, and brushes have their own flat rates, shown at checkout.)

Tracking
We ship from multiple fulfillment locations to offer a wider range of colors, lengths, and faster availability. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties

United States — tariffs prepaid. U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover all import duties and taxes, so the price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees on delivery.

Other international destinations. Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are charged by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. We complete all customs forms accurately to help your parcel clear as quickly as possible.

Address Issues
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
