FAQ – We’ve Got You Covered

🧡 Is the hair 100% human?

Yes. All of our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair. They can be washed, blow-dried, curled or straightened with heat tools, just like your own hair. We do not use any synthetic or mixed fibers.

🎨 Can I dye or style the hair?

Yes, you can use heat tools and professional hair products on our hair. For coloring, we recommend working with a professional stylist and doing a strand test first, especially for lighter shades such as blonde.

⏳ How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our hair extensions can last several months and can be reused multiple times. Longevity depends on how often you wear them, your styling routine, and how well you follow the care instructions.

🧴 How do I care for the hair?

Use sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo and conditioner, avoid heavy oils at the roots, and always detangle gently from ends to roots. For tape-ins, nano beads and other semi-permanent methods, please follow your stylist’s maintenance schedule and avoid applying heat directly to the bonds.

🌈 Is this hair for all genders?

Absolutely. Our hair extensions are for anyone who wants to add length, volume, or change their style – regardless of gender. We proudly serve customers across Black, Latin, Asian, and LGBTQ+ communities and beyond.

📦 Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple fulfillment locations to offer more colours, lengths, and faster availability.

  • Canada House (Toronto, Canada) – Our main warehouse for North America. Most popular colours and lengths are prepared and shipped from here.
  • Global Studio (China) – Special colours, long lengths and custom salon orders are crafted in our global studio. These orders usually need about 5–7 business days of processing before shipping.

💸 Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes. These fees are charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or pre-pay these charges, but we always fill out customs forms clearly to help your parcel clear faster.

🔁 Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns of unopened, unused hair extensions in their original packaging within the time period stated on our Returns page. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, worn, dyed or altered. Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you with the process.

🔐 Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses secure SSL encryption to protect your data. We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed through trusted providers such as Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. (depending on what you enable in your settings).

🎟 Where do I enter my discount code?

On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labelled “Discount code” or “Gift card”. Enter your code there and click Apply. If the code is valid, you’ll see the discount before you complete payment.

⏰ When will my order ship?

In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order or special-length items, please allow extra processing time as mentioned on the product page. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
