2. Products & Availability

We offer 100% human hair extensions, wigs, and accessories.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.

Some items, such as special lengths or custom colours, may require additional processing time (5–7 business days) before shipping.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear suspicious, duplicated, or intended for resale.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate colours and descriptions; however, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or differences in production batches.
We do not guarantee that your device’s display of any colour is fully accurate.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary by item:

  • In-stock items (Canada): 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order / special lengths: 5–7 business days

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or peak holiday periods.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Key points:

  • Hair extensions can only be returned if unused and unopened within 7 days.

  • Accessories (brushes, nano beads, tapes, tool kits, lashes) are final sale.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

  • Items not meeting return conditions may be rejected.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise.
We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, PayPal (if enabled), and other secure processors.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country.
These fees are not collected by us and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or products for:

All hair is human hair and may vary naturally in colour, texture, or lifespan depending on use and care.
